PERSONAL TRAINING

The purpose of doing an assessment is to give us a snapshot of where you currently are, where you need to be and what we should focus on to get the most out of your time with us. Our extensive range of assessments tools includes the renowned Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) movement screen. With our fitness and coaching teams being TPI certified, it means a clear understanding of your results and how best to improve your golf. This gets us to your priorities faster, more efficiently and makes your training sessions more effective.

Louis Fesolai has been a personal trainer for 14 years (with the first 6 years working alongside a rehabilitation clinic helping prepare clients pre-surgery then aiding with their rehab post-surgery). The last 8 years have been a mix of working with the general population & elite athletes across multiple sporting codes.

Louis is purely focussed on golf-specific training, covering the key elements of mobility/ strength/ conditioning & rehabilitation to greatly enhance your performance.

Louis has lots of experience training clients from all walks of life (from young athlete development programs to clients with disabilities, elderly clients, pregnant mums, pre & rehab, first-timers all the way up to past & present Olympians) and is confident he will be able to help improve your game.

Times available for PT @ QPGC as of 14/9/20 (30min PT sessions @ $60)

  • Tuesday 6:30am - 10am
  • Wednesday 4pm - 6pm
  • Thursday 6:30am - 10am

Mobility + Strength Classes:

  • Wednesday 5-5:30pm or 5:30-6pm
