Often regarded as the invincible, how your feet connect to the ground is critical to swinging the golf club efficiently. Pressure plates allow us to be able to see where the vertical pressure is in relationship to your feet. We can measure how much pressure is in heel/toe of each foot plus the weight distribution between left and right foot throughout the entire golf swing. We also measure COP (centre of pressure) as this can give us an insight as to how you might swing the golf club. Improving you COP trace can help swing the golf club more on plane and promote better and more consistent ball striking.
