Nick Bennett is a strength and conditioning coach, speed and agility specialist, presenter and movement expert. With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Nick has coached a wide variety of athletes from many different sports. These include junior and recreational athletes all the way to professional sportsmen and women. His passion for golf has led to him teaming up with QGPC to create a variety of programs and classes for golfers of all abilities. With a holistic approach to improving the golf swing through a mix of functional movement, strength, flexibility and mindset, Nick is ready to help you take your game to the next level.
